About me

I’m Aleise — coach, consultant, and founder of Perform Well.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with professionals and leaders across education and corporate settings. With experience coaching high-achieving executives, business owners, leaders, and educators, I’ve seen firsthand how stress, fatigue, and self-doubt can hold people back - and how clarity, energy, and mindset can transform the way they perform.

I know what it feels like to be stretched thin, juggling leadership, work, and life. That’s why my mission is simple: to show you that high performance doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing. In fact, your wellbeing is the foundation of sustainable success.

As a PreKure Health Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and leadership consultant, I bring both science and strategy to performance. My coaching is practical, evidence-based, and focused on results — helping you make meaningful, sustainable changes that empower you to succeed with confidence, vitality, and purpose.
